After the successful premiere last year, wir4JOBLOUNGE in die nächste Runde. Am 25. November von 16:00 bis 19:00 Uhr macht das innovative Recruiting-Format Halt in der Stadthalle Rheinberg – und bietet erneut eine besondere Gelegenheit für Unternehmen und Jobsuchende, unkompliziert miteinander ins Gespräch zu kommen.

Ein Recruiting-Format mit besonderem Charakter

Die wir4JOBLOUNGE ist keine klassische Karrieremesse. Statt Messehallen-Atmosphäre erwartet die Besucherinnen und Besucher ein entspanntes After-Work-Setting, das bewusst auf Offenheit und Austausch auf Augenhöhe setzt. Jedes Jahr wandert das Format durch eine andere wir4-Stadt und bringt so regionale Arbeitgeber und Talente gezielt zusammen.

Erfolgreiche Premiere als starkes Signal

Die erste wir4JOBLOUNGE im November 2025 hat eindrucksvoll gezeigt, welches Potenzial in diesem Konzept steckt:

  • Rund 800 Besucherinnen und Besucher aus der Region
  • Breites Publikum: Fachkräfte, Berufseinsteigende, Rückkehrende und Jobsuchende
  • Lockere Atmosphäre statt klassischer Messesituation
  • Viel Zeit für echte, persönliche Gespräche

Unter dem Motto „Karriere trifft Feierabend“ entstand ein lebendiger Treffpunkt, an dem Unternehmen und potenzielle Mitarbeitende ohne große Hürden miteinander in Kontakt kamen. Das Feedback war durchweg positiv – sowohl von den ausstellenden Unternehmen als auch von den Besuchenden.

Together with the Agentur für Arbeit Wesel und dem Jobcenter Kreis Wesel bringen wir Menschen und Unternehmen auf ganz neue Weise zusammen – und zwar dort, wo man den Tag entspannt ausklingen lässt: in lockerer Feierabendatmosphäre, bei kühlen Getränken und gutem Essen.

The wir4JOBLOUNGE – Career Meets After Work will take place on Wednesday, November 25, 2026, from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Stadthalle in Rheinberg. Accompanied by soul food, drinks, and a laid-back vibe, the classic job fair is reimagined: personal, relaxed, and up close.

Whether you are starting your career, changing paths, or returning to work – wir4JOBLOUNGE is aimed at anyone looking for new perspectives, as well as companies that want to connect with talent in an open and direct way. True to the motto: starting a career can be relaxed too.

On Thursday, 13 November 2025, the moment had finally arrived: our very first wir4JOBLOUNGE opened its doors under the motto “Career Meets After-Work”—and we couldn’t be happier with such a successful debut. Together with the Wesel Employment Agency and the Wesel District Job Center, we launched an entirely new fair concept for the region, which delighted around 800 visitors.

An evening full of encounters

From 4 to 8 p.m., Lufre Event & Gastronomie in Kamp-Lintfort transformed into a lively meeting place for job seekers, returnees, career starters, and skilled professionals from across the wir4 region. Instead of traditional exhibition halls, guests were welcomed into a relaxed after-work atmosphere: soul food, music, and refreshing drinks created the perfect setting for conversations at eye level—without stress, without barriers, and with plenty of time for genuine exchange.

Regional companies in the spotlight

Numerous employers from the region were on site to present their training, entry-level, and career opportunities. Many companies expressed how impressed they were by the diversity of the audience and the fresh character of the event. This was exactly our goal: to create a space where people and companies can easily and naturally engage in conversation.

Positive feedback confirms our concept

The feedback from visitors could hardly have been better. They praised the open atmosphere, the easy access to employers, and the modern character of the event. For us, this is a clear sign that the wir4JOBLOUNGE truly resonates with today’s needs.

Our project manager, Michelle Puiskens, sums it up perfectly: “We wanted to create a format where people and companies meet on equal footing—and that’s exactly what we achieved.”

What’s next?

Motivated by the strong response and positive feedback, we are already working on further developing the wir4JOBLOUNGE. One thing is certain: this format has a promising future—and we look forward to bringing it back to the region.
